Official Pageant Applications
Contestants have their choice to submit either an online or a printable official application. Those intending to pay by check or US Postal MO may use either application form, but if you choose to use the online form you must send your entry fee payment to the pageant within 2 weeks of submitting that form or your entry becomes invalid. You will not receive your City Title until the pageant has received both the entry fee payment and official application. Personal Checks and Money orders must be made payable to Debbie Goldstein.
Teen contestants must submit the printable application for their division, and may choose to pay their entry with Paypal, or by personal check or postal money order.
All contestants are required to submit a recent blk&wh or color headshot photo of themselves
at their time of entry to be used by the pageant on the website. It is to your advantage to submit
this photo as early as possible. This photo is not judged and is used to show site visitors the wonderful women involved in the Regal World Pageant. This photo may be supplied via ground or email. Those sending photos via ground mail MUST include an SASE with adequate postage for the return of photos!
Contestants must email the pageant for the ground mailing address!
