Age Divisions
The age divisions for the 2002-2003 Regal World Pageant are as follows:
(Please note that the pageant reserves the right to add, delete or combine age divisions based on the number of contestants entered in the pageant.)
MISS REGAL WORLD TEEN- Ages 13-17
MISS REGAL WORLD- Ages 18-28
MS. REGAL WORLD- Ages 29-39
MS. REGAL WORLD ELITE- Ages 40+

Regional Pageant: Application & Focus Fiels Items, Essay Question
National Pageant'; Application, Focus Field, new Essay Question
International Pageant: Application & Focus Field Items, Final Pageant Question
FOCUS FIELDS
A Focus Field is an area of competition in which a contestant gets to highlight herself!
Contestants may choose from one of the following four Focus Fields:
Photogenic Talent Volunteerism Personal Achievement

How It works
This format applies to all age divisions!
REGIONAL PAGEANT
All City Queens will compete for a Regional Title. Each Country which has representatives in this pageant has been divided into 6 regions, and all city queens will be divided into these 6 Regions based upon their City Queen Title. Competition will be based on your official application, items submitted in your Focus Field (including any and all supporting documentation or items you wish to send!), and an Essay. (Note: Unless there are numerous people entered from your Region, chances are good that you will win a Regional Title as all countries with representatives in this pageant are divided into 6 regions!)
Your application will be worth 1-45 points (45%), your Focus Field will be worth 1-45 points (45%), and the Essay will be worth the remaining 1-10 points (10%). The City Queen with the Highest Score in her Region will win her Divisional Regional Title and will move on to the National Pageant. Her 2 Runners-Up will receive their State or Territory Title!
NATIONAL PAGEANT
All Divisional Regional Queens will now compete for a Divisional National Title. Competition will be based on your official application, items submitted in your Focus Field (including additional supporting documentations or items not already supplied), and a new Essay Question.
Scores from your Regional Pageant will not carry over! All contestants start fresh with a score of 0. This time your application will be worth 1-45 points (45%), your Focus Field will be worth 1-45 points (45%), and the Final Essay will be worth the remaining 1-10 points (10%). The Regional Queen with the Highest Score (in her division) will win her country's National Title and move ontothe International Pageant. (Note: Each country with representatives is divided into 6 Regions. That means that there will no more than 6 people competing for any country's National Title!)
INTERNATIONAL PAGEANT
All Divisional National Queens will now compete for a Divisional International Title. Competition will be based on your official application, items submitted in your Focus Field (including additional supporting documentations or items not already supplied), and the Final Essay Question.
Scores from your National Pageant will not carry over! All contestants start fresh with a score of 0. This time your application will be worth 1-45 points (45%), your Focus Field will be worth 1-45 points (45%), and the Final Essay will be worth the remaining 1-10 points (10%). The National Queen with the Highest Score (in her division) will win her Division's International Title.
