Official Pageant Rules
 Contestant must be born female and be within the set age parameter for her division. If under 18, she must have her parent's or legal guardian's permission in signature form to be eligible to comete. She must submit the full entry fee to the pageant before she is awarded a City Title. Contestants must be willing and able to supply proof of age or residence to the pageant if they are so asked, and must do so in a timely manner.Contestants understand however that pageant reserves the right to allow those known to have been abusive or malicious to any other pageant, it's Director, contestants, Royalty, representative and the like will be refused from competing in any level of this pageant. Or should contestants already entered in this pageant displaying abusive or malicious behaviors will be immediately stipped of any titles, disqualified from further competition in this pageant, and forfeits all awards, prizes, titles, and entry fees paid etc.Contestants grant the pageant the right to use her name, likeness, image, photograph, signature, voice, biographical material and the like for pageant competiton, judging, and promotion and releases the pageant from any harm, injury or loss that may occur as a result of competing in this pageant.Contestants understand and agree that the pageant has the right to amend the pageant timeline, dates of deadline, judging, and/or announcement of winners as it sees fit and necessary. Contestants will not have the right to ask for a refund if such changes in pageant timeline occur.Contestants understand and agree that the pageant reserves the right to substitute those prizes listed on this site with others of equal quality or value and may do so without prior warning or notice to contestant/winners.Contestants understand and agree that the word of the pageant, it's staff, judges or representatives is final and will not be argued, discussed or amended to appease any contestant. Contestants understand that pageant results, whether they be their own, or another contestant's will not be discussed by the pageant. Contestants persisting to question results will forfeit any titles, awards, or prizes they may have won.Contestants understand and agree that all pageant entry fees are 100% non-refundable for any reason. The pageant will not give refunds or credits to contestants who must withdraw or are disqualified from competition. Refunds will not be given to contestants who fail to supply to the pageant all the required materials, or who are inconvenienced by a change in pageant timeline, prize packages etc. Refunds will only be given in the case of complete pageant cancellation.Contestants understand and agree that the pageant will not be held responsible for items lost, misdirected, mishandled, or delayed in the mail and futhermore understand that the pageant will not be held liable for any items of value sent to the pageant by contestants. As well, contestants understand that prizes or articles of value will be sent to contestants/winners via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and Delivery confirmation. This is done to ensure the pageant does not receive false claims of item/package non-delivery by contestants or winners. |
