GENERAL INFORMATION F.A.Q. Who may enter this pageant? Any person born female who fits within the pageant's age division parameters, pays her entry fee and submits the complete official application may enter the 2002-2003 Regal World Pageant. What is the entry fee? The cost to enter the 2002-2003 Regal World Online Pageant is $35.00 USD per contestant. Sorry, no discounts are given for multiple members of the same family who enter! What are the acceptible forms of payment? Entry fees must be paid in US Currency and may paid using our Paypal option. Contestants may send a personal check or American Express Money Order for $35.00 USD made payable to Debbie Goldstein. When is the deadline to enter? The deadline to enter and receive your City Title is February 1st, 2003. This means your entry fee must be paid and your official application received to pageant headquarters prior to or on this date. This does not mean sent or postmarked by this date. What is a "Presentation Sash"? A Presentation Sash is a full 72" long, 2 1/4" wide white satin ribbon with finished ends and features your City, State, Regional, or  National Title across the front in medium blue writing. How can I get a "Presentation Sash"? If you are named as a Divisional National Title winner you will automatically receive your National Title Presentation sash as a part of your prizes. Any contestant with a City, State, or Regional Title may purchase a Presentation Sash from the pageant for $10.00. This includes the creation and shipping of your sash. Who may enter the optional Ms. Regal Beauty contest? Any City, State or Regional Title winner (in all divisions) may enter the Ms. Regal Beauty optional for $15.00. This fee includes the creation and shipping of your Title Presentation Sash which is needed for the contest!  Divisional National Queens may compete in this optional for FREE! Does it matter which level of Title I have if I want to compete for Ms. Regal Beauty? No. This contest is not about which level you achieved in regular pageant judging! This is a contest for the Best Titleholder Photo and this International Title winner can come from any Division-  City, State/Territory, Regional or National! What do the Tiaras for the winner look like? At present, the pageant is still deciding on the size and style tiara to be awarded to the 4 Divisional International Winners and the one winner chosen as Ms. Regal World Beauty.
